Oporto Sports client Middlesex FA has partnered with Alzheimer’s Society to become a local Dementia Referral Partner.
Within the new partnership, which was announced during Dementia Awareness Week, the County FA will be providing easy-to-access support and guidance for anybody who raises concerns about themselves or a loved one.
