Oporto Sports client and Stevenage manager Alex Revell has been nominated for the EFL League One manager of the month award for August.
Revell’s side won five games out of six in August, securing Stevenage’s best-ever start to an EFL season. They beat Blackpool, Rotherham United, Northampton Town, Port Vale and Wycombe Wanderers, and are currently fourth in the table, just a point behind the leaders.
Alex is nominated alongside Graham Alexander (Bradford City), Brian Barry-Murphy (Cardiff City) and Grant McCann (Doncaster Rovers), with the winner being announced on Friday 12 September.
Stevenage striker, Jamie Reid, has also been nominated for EFL League One player of the month for August.
