Oporto Sports is delighted to have completed the deal for our client, Andy Whing, to become the new manager of National League side Brackley Town.
Andy’s first game in charge is tomorrow (Saturday) at home to promotion-chasing Southend United, kick-off 3pm.
He joins Brackley following a spell of just under a year with League Two side, Barrow AFC, where he initially kept the club safe in the 2024/25 season, before departing them in December last year.
Prior to his time at Barrow AFC, he reached the National League play-off final and FA Trophy final with Solihull Moors, losing both agonisingly on penalties in the space of a week. His first permanent manager role was at Banbury United, where Andy won promotion to the National League North for the first time in the club’s history, and then kept them at that level the following season.
