Oporto Sports client Michael Appleton oversaw an emphatic 4-0 victory over Accrington Stanley on Tuesday evening, as his Lincoln side reached the EFL Trophy quarter-finals.
Appleton, who guided his former club Oxford United to two EFL Trophy final appearances at Wembley Stadium, will be hoping to go one step further with Lincoln, whilst maintaining their impressive form at the top of the League 1 table.
