Oporto Sports UK client and Winterthur head coach Bruno Berner has overseen a remarkable upturn in fortunes for his Swiss Super League side in recent weeks.
Berner’s men have won four, drawn one and lost one of their last six games, including two wins over Sion, and victories over Grasshoppers Zurich and St. Gallen.
Winterthur were the pre-season favourites for relegation, having only just been promoted from the second tier, but currently sit six points clear of bottom side FC Zurich and four points off the European qualification places.
