Oporto Sports client and Cheltenham Town manager Darrell Clarke was among the nominees for October’s League 1 Manager of the Month Award.
Despite the award going to Bolton Wanderers manager Ian Evatt, the nomination was deserved recognition for Darrell, who took over a Cheltenham side which had managed just one point from their first 10 games, and has since picked up vital league wins over Cambridge United and Port Vale.
Next up for Cheltenham is a home fixture against Wigan Athletic tomorrow (Saturday, 3pm kick-off).
