David Pleat to release autobiography

Oporto Sports would like to wish our friend David Pleat sincere congratulations on the forthcoming release of his autobiography, Just One More Goal.

The book will be released by Biteback Publishing, on Thursday 12 September, and covers his significant contribution to football across six decades as a player, manager, director of football and football consultant.

Just One More Goal includes forewords by Alan Sugar and Howard Wilkinson OBE, and was written with Tim Rich.

David will also be donating 50% of the proceeds of the book to motor neurone disease research.
