Oporto Sports clients Stephen Clemence and Michael Appleton will face each other in the FA Cup second round on Saturday, as Steve’s Gillingham side host Michael’s Charlton Athletic.
Gillingham eased past Hereford FC with a 2-0 away win in Steve’s first game as head coach, having been appointed on 1 November. Charlton faced another local derby, beating Cray Valley Paper Mills 6-1, following a 1-1 draw in the first game.
