Stevenage scored an injury-time winner against Wigan Athletic on Saturday to secure sixth place, and will face third-placed Stockport County at home on Saturday 9 May, 3pm kick, with the return leg on Wednesday 13 May, 8pm kick-off, for a place in the League One play-off final.
Grimsby were already assured of a League Two play-off place going in to the final day. A 1-1 draw with Tranmere Rovers meant they finished in seventh place, and will play fourth-placed Salford City at home on Sunday 10th May, kick-off 3pm, with the return leg on Friday 15th May, kick-off 7.15pm.
