Friend of Oporto Sports Emile Heskey, spoke to Leaders in Sport as part of the Black History Month celebrations.
Heskey, who recently joined Leicester City Women as an ambassador and mentor, spoke to presenter Jaydee Dyer about the lack of opportunities for BAME coaches and the work being done to increase diversity within football.
