Oporto Sports client and former Northampton Town and Brackley Town manager Jon Brady has spoken exclusively to Sky Sports’ Adam Bate, for a wide-ranging feature on his life, coaching journey and his detailed approach to building successful teams.
Brady has had a busy summer so far, working towards his LMA Diploma in Football Management, delivering an LMA Masterclass coaching session, and also visiting a top La Liga side to observe their training methods and pre-season planning.
Jon has managed over 500 games, across two clubs, leaving both in a stronger position than when he joined them, whilst always outperforming budgets, and developing players to improve the team and to generate income for the club.
