Oporto Sports is delighted to have completed the deal for our client Jon Brady to be named as the new manager of Port Vale, on a deal until June 2027.
Jon was announced as a client of Oporto in July 2025, and since then we have worked to increase his media profile, while searching for the right project for him.
Having enjoyed successful spells with Brackley Town and Northampton Town, Brady will hope to deliver for Port Vale, with the club currently bottom of the League One table.

Personal message to the supporters
Jon’s first game as manager is tomorrow (Friday), at home to Fleetwood Town in the FA Cup third round, before a trip to Bolton on Tuesday in the EFL Trophy last 16, and then his first league game in charge away to Mansfield Town on Saturday 17 January.
