Former Oldham Athletic and Doncaster Rovers manager Paul Dickov spoke to Oporto director Dean Eldredge for the latest fcbusiness feature ‘Managing in the Modern Game’, covering the subject of the changing role of the media.
Eldredge worked with Dickov in his role as press officer and communications consultant during the former striker’s second spell at Leicester City, and has continued to work with him as a publicist for his current media work.
Dickov spoke about the difference between his media commitments as a manager and his role as a pundit and global ambassador for Manchester City Football Club, as well as the influence of social media and the managers he looked to for inspiration.
