Current Gillingham manager and Oporto Sports client Steve Evans spoke to Oporto director Dean Eldredge for the latest fcbusiness feature ‘Managing in the Modern Game’, covering the subject of navigating the transfer window, the complexities of January deals and working with a sporting director.
Steve has achieved consecutive 10th placed finishes with the Gills, and has won six promotions during his time as a manager, including double back-to-back promotions with Crawley Town and Rotherham United. He has managed over 1000 games, and has won three Manager of the Month awards.
