Northamptonshire FA appoint first female chair

Oporto client Northamptonshire FA has this week announced the appointment of Julie Mulcahy as Chair of the Board and Association, becoming its first-ever female Chair.

Prior to Julie’s appointment, she served as a Independent Non-Executive Director focusing on governance and welfare, which provided a comprehensive understanding of Northamptonshire FA’s day-to-day operations and its 2024-28 ‘Create the Feeling’ strategy, which Julie will now play a key role in steering.
