Former Southampton, Derby County and Leicester City midfielder Matt Oakley, spoke to The Athletic’s Rob Tanner about his career in the game and his new role as a sports agent with 366 Group.
Oakley’s most recent role was at MK Dons as assistant manager to Paul Tisdale, but he’s now made the move in to agency work, in the hope of using his vast experience of all aspects of the game to guide players through their career choices.
