Oporto Sports client Oxfordshire FA has this week published its first Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, which outlines the County FA’s commitments and targets to provide football opportunities for all within the county. Set out over the next two years, the Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan focuses on integrating inclusion and diversity across five key areas, and will run alongside Oxfordshire FA’s new four-year strategy, which is currently being developed and in a public consultation phase.
