Oporto Sports client Oxfordshire FA has announced a new partnership with Age UK Oxfordshire, which aims to engage with older members of the football community within the county.
Through the partnership, Age UK Oxfordshire’s Community Link Workers will highlight the Walking Football sessions available across the county to players aged 50 and over, while Oxfordshire FA will provide information on the support and services provided by the charity to participants.
Age UK Oxfordshire has also delivered funding to support a new provision which will see playing opportunities provided locally for participants aged 70 and over.
