Oporto Sports client and England under-18s manager Ryan Garry spoke to Ben Fisher of The Guardian about his former boss Eddie Howe, ahead of his appointment as Newcastle United manager.
Garry played and coached under Eddie at AFC Bournemouth, before coaching throughout Arsenal’s academy and took on his role with The FA in September.
Ryan’s England under-18s side enjoyed a very positive November in the Pinatar Tournament in Spain, beating Belgium on penalties after a 0-0 draw and Portugal 2-0, all after a narrow 3-2 defeat to The Netherlands.
