Ryan speaks about the influences of a number of notable coaches, including Don Howe, Arsene Wenger and Neil Banfield amongst others, while reflecting on his own pathway, from injury heartbreak as a player, to coaching with Bournemouth and Arsenal, leading England U17s in the Euros and World Cup, and to his current role, coaching abroad in Belgium.
