Oporto Sports client and Bristol City manager Nigel Pearson has received a glowing endorsement of his management style from his former goalkeepers, Kasper Schmeichel and Ben Foster.
Speaking as a guest on Foster’s show, The Fozcast, Schmeichel spoke about Pearson’s ability in treating footballers as individuals, developing a sense of trust within the wider group, while Foster recalled Pearson’s first meeting with staff and players as Watford head coach with his opening speech ‘holding everyone in the palm of his hand’.
