Oporto Sports client, St. George’s Park, played host to the 10th EE Disability FA Cup finals weekend late last month. Broadcast live on TNT Sports, the home of England’s teams provided the setting as 12 disability teams from around the country competed in six finals across two days.
On the first day of finals, winners were crowned in the Amputee Cup, Partially Sighted Cup and Blind Cup finals. The following day, the finals of the Cerebral Palsy Cup, Powerchair Cup and Deaf Cup all took place, with activity around the matches showcasing the increased opportunities available within disability football at a grassroots level around the country.
