Oporto Sports client and Rotherham United manager Steve Evans guided his side in to the EFL Trophy quarter-finals on Tuesday evening, after a penalty shootout victory away to Chesterfield.
After a 0-0 draw in normal time, Rotherham won 4-3 on penalties, extending their unbeaten run in all competitions to five games.
Rotherham will be in the northern section of Saturday’s draw, and will face one of Bolton Wanderers, Bradford City or the winner of the postponed tie between Port Vale and Wrexham in the next round.
