Oporto Sports client and Swindon Town manager Richie Wellens is the latest subject to be featured in the fcbusiness series, Managing in the Modern Game.
Wellens recently led Swindon to the League 2 title and he spoke about the challenges of creating a winning mentality at a club that had suffered a sustained downward trajectory.
