West Riding FA pilot new sustainability initiative

Oporto Sports client West Riding FA is leading the way by being the first County FA to roll out a new sustainability programme before it’s launched nationally by The FA.

In partnership with Lowr, The FA want to gain a better understanding of how people travel to and from football training and matches, and help to reduce football’s carbon footprint.

Players, parents and coaches in West Riding are encouraged to log their travel online. By doing so, they will be in with the chance of winning Wembley tickets and a training experience at St. George’s Park.
