Current England under-18s head coach and Oporto Sports client Ryan Garry spoke to Oporto director Dean Eldredge for the latest fcbusiness feature ‘Managing in the Modern Game’, covering the issue of overcoming injuries as a player and how this has influenced his approach as a coach and manager, along with his ambitions for the future.
Ryan was appointed as England under-18s head coach in September, leaving his role as assistant U23s head coach at Arsenal. He previously worked at AFC Bournemouth and the Nike Academy.
